My family and I would like to say that the care taken by yourselves following my sister's sudden death from the first day was exceptional and the drivers on the day of the funeral looked after us and made sure that we were all ok, we just couldn't ask for a better service. Please also note that Samantha-Jane was amazing and she really made us all feel very comfortable leaving my sister in your care she was godsent and we really appreciated all that she has done to help us get through this time.

Firstly the services provided by W Nodes Funeral Services was both efficient yet caring from start to finish. The death of a loved one leaves one lost, hurt and extremely distressed. Choosing a Funeral Director and arranging a funeral for the first time is both sobering and bewildering. So it was for my father and me following the death of Mother. We chose W Nodes originally because they were close to where we live. Our first contact was with Samantha via the phone to book an appointment. Following this we met with Caroline (who stood in for Samantha) to discuss and arrange the mechanics of the funeral itself. This meeting went well, Caroline was both caring and understanding of our feelings and explained every thing clearly and gave advice if and when necessary and by the end of the meeting we knew we had chosen wisely.
Our next contact was with Peter McNulty an Independent Celebrant, (recommended by you), who discussed and took details on mum and explained that he would be preparing and carrying out the actual funeral ceremony service. He prepared and sent to us a copy of the entire ceremony that he would be giving. Over several telephone conversations we agreed a few changes to the written details of the ceremony service. Again throughout he was patient and understanding.
Following this Samantha contacted us and arranged matters that allowed us to visit and spend time with mum in one of your Chapel rest rooms. Once again the arrangements were perfect.
On the day of the funeral we were collected on time without any rush or delay and followed mums hearse to the Crematorium.
The funeral ceremony was carried out by Peter beautifully... candle in the wind playing as we entered the chapel and amazing grace playing as we left (well thought through).
Finally during a time of deep remorse and despair we feel that we did mum proud and everyone at W Nodes including Caroline, Samantha and Peter etc. greatly assisted in achieving this conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending or endorsing W Nodes Funeral Directors services.

Words are not enough to express how grateful we are to W Nodes Funeral Directors for helping us organize the most amazing send off for our husband/father. The empathy, attention to detail, readiness to listen and obtain accurate answers to our questions and offer advice when requested, as well as the respect we encountered from the staff was beyond expectations. In the course of our conversations, I informed the staff member that my Dad had spent the larger part of his life in Kenya. I was so touched and impressed when my family attended the viewing and there was the Kenyan flag draped over Dad's coffin. Right from our very first encounter with the most amazing staff member, right to the very end, we were treated with utmost respect. For all this we say THANK YOU.

I would like to thank W. Nodes for their dedicated and heartfelt care
to help me with my Aunt's funeral.
I cannot say thank you enough.
At such a sad time grieving W. Nodes supported me/us and made sure my late
Aunt would receive the greatest attention ever. The whole process of arranging a funeral makes one fraught with worry about whether you can do things right.
The very kind Funeral Service Arranger at W. Nodes helped us arrange funeral and burial matters, contacted the cemetery and Minister for the service and included things like creating Order of Service booklets and Keepsake cards which were absolutely beautiful.
The whole time spent with the Funeral Arranger went like a dream. The Funeral Arranger was extremely helpful and devoted to the ends of the earth. Looking back everything just seemed to fall into place. We really were in good hands, caring, experienced people meaning well.
I could also say that we learned a lot from W.Nodes about what a funeral
entails. We were so pleased with the funeral for my Aunt and we truly admire W. Nodes for their faithful and committed staff who aim to help you to provide a dignified funeral service.
